We appreciate your trust in us to care for your furry loved ones! To ensure the safety and smooth operation of every appointment, please take a moment to review our grooming policies below:
Flea/Tick Treatment:
Any pet found with fleas or ticks will automatically receive a medicated flea bath to protect other clients. This service is $50 and cannot be waived.
Aggressive Behavior & Handling Fee:
Dogs that bite, show aggressive behavior, or are extremely difficult to handle will incur a $50 handling fee due to the increased risk of injury to your pet and our groomers.
Accepted Payment Methods:
We accept Cash, Zelle, Venmo, and Check.
Payment Policy:
Payment is due at the time of service, unless prior arrangements are made. Late payments are subject to a $30 daily late fee.
Cancellation / No-Show Policy:
Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or no-shows, will incur a $50 non-refundable fee per pet.

Outstanding Fees:
All outstanding fees must be paid in full before a new appointment can be scheduled.
